1. Premises
Rigfone Electrics Limited is situated on the A3024 providing easy access to the M27. Southampton is strategically located on the South central coast providing easy access to the rest of Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, West and East Sussex and Berkshire.
2. Technology
With recently updated IT systems, all design, quotations, costing and accounts are compiled on dedicated software tailored to specific requirements. This enables us to give a professional bid package backed up with computerised design and CAD presentation.
All administration and accounts systems are fully computerised providing effective back-up and support.
3. Plant
Each of our site operatives is supplied with a company vehicle equipped with the latest battery operated power tools and machinery. All test equipment is based on 'Megger' or 'Robin' all in one test instrument, with structured cable testing and certification provided by the Microtest Pentascanner. Equipment is computer logged to ensure calibration, test and service schedules are maintained.
4. Human Resources
Rigfone Electrics Limited directly employs approximately 40 personnel all of whom are engaged in management, installation, administration, engineering and purchasing.

A comprehensive on-going training programme/budget (including in-house on the job training) is operated to ensure that individual skills are regularly updated and enhanced.
5. Apprenticeships
To complement our team of JIB skilled operatives and in conjuction with our training providers (JTL) Rigfone Electrics offer Advanced Modern Apprenticeships in Electrotechnical Installation which involves a combination of both college and site based training.
